At Dropgym, we want memberships to feel flexible and straightforward.
Monthly Memberships
All Dropgym memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Membership Changes or Cancellations
If you need to cancel, pause, or make changes to your membership, please submit your request at least 14 days before your next scheduled monthly payment.
Requests made within 14 days of your next payment may be subject to a $25 processing fee.
Refunds
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
If there are special circumstances, please reach out to us. Any exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon by Dropgym.
