LU CRENSHAW

     Hi there, my name is Lu, it's actually Lucianne (LOO-shan), but everyone calls me Lu. Thank you for stopping by, I'm so glad you came. I am passionate about seeing people come alive, I mean, really come ALIVE. At the age of 29, I was tired of my mundane life, I wanted more. I had been searching for purpose chasing after money and success. It left me empty, THERE WAS A WOMAN INSIDE OF ME AND SHE WAS DYING TO GET OUT. 

     On this journey I found her, she was joyful, playful, peaceful, free, and overflowing with love. Do you ever look in the mirror and want to truly know the person looking back at you? I've  made it my goal in life to walk beside others, calling them up and out of their mundane and into the fullness of their dreams and purpose. What are the deepest longings of your heart? What do you dream about? What were you created for? You were made to change the world. YOU REALLY WERE! Do you believe that? 

     I believe that fitness and nutrition are some of the most powerful tools in the world, able to unlock the potential inside every person emotionally, spiritually and physically. I want give a little nudge to the apathetic, encourage the faint of heart, and help to strengthen the weak. The journey is not always easy, but it will always worth it. JOIN ME?
