FOR TEEN GIRLS AGE 12-17

So much happens as a girl grows into a woman. New physical, social and emotional challenges arise and it’s important to aquire tools to help them as they grow.

By embracing the changes in our bodies and looking honestly at ourselves, we can:

  • Optimize performance

  • Build strength

  • Increase resilience

Dropgym Teens is open to female athletes and girls who want to train hard age 12-17.

Classes for the year begin October 6th!

Classes will be held Monday & Wednesday afternoons from 4pm - 5pm.

Fall Session: October 6th, 2025 -December 19th, 2025

Winter Session: January 5th, 2026 - March 20th, 2026

Spring Session: March 30th, 2026 - June 5th, 2026

*** Memberships are continuous throughout the year. Athlete is responsible for communicating membership end date if necessary. The breaks we take will reflect those of the Medford School District. Membership fees will remain the same throughout the year.
