Too often we rely on external indicators to give us feedback as to our success or failure— counting macros, steps, calories, max weight/reps, etc. 

At Dropgym we remove all external barriers so you focus on connecting to your body.

HOW
We take a neuroscience based approach to fitness. Your body stores the emotions and pain of life. Hormones and neurotransmitters relay stress to your muscles, joints, and organs that then carry the tension.

Breath and movement help you release the tension, find balance and unlock connectivity and flow throughout your body. Releasing stress and stubborn excess weight.
