Lu Crenshaw

CO-OWNER & HEALTH COACH

Lu is a Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF) and Transformational Breathwork Instructor (BreathMasters), decorated personal trainer and entrepreneur. She is passionate about seeing people come alive to the fullness of their dreams and purpose, she believes fitness and nutrition are some of the most powerful tools for unlocking the potential inside every person emotionally, mentally and physically.

 

Shantell Dayton

CO-OWNER & COACH

Shantell is an award-winning martial arts instructor and coach, and has been training and coaching for over 15 years. She is passionate about watching her clients grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When she's not drinking coffee or laughing at herself, you can find Shantell teaching and inspiring hearts and minds, young and old, to find life in life!
